Our Story

12 Years ago...

Almost 13 by now, Chris and I met in high school in Marietta, GA. We were in the same group of friends and our paths crossed off and on over high school and college but seemed to be going in different directions.

Chris was getting his masters degree at the University of Georgia and I was moving to New York City (because you have to live there once). Little did I know that Chris would call again.

Chris got accepted to the University of Maryland to pursue his Ph.D. and didn't know a soul in Washington, D.C. but he knew somebody in NYC and so he called.

I invited Chris to come and visit and we have been together ever since.
